The Triad’s performance and my sales/service experience with Sonoma Hot Tubs has exceeded expectations all around. Great Tub!
We love our spa! We own a furniture store, and the highlight of our day is easing into the hot tub at the end of a day moving outdoor furniture vignettes around our Sonoma showroom! The tub pretty much has 3 different ‘seats’ which provide 3 very different hydrotherapy stations. The jets are powerful and adjustable. The electrician recommended by Thomas had everything ready to go when the tub arrived; he showed up an hour after delivery and connected everything up. We were in it by that night – it heated up quickly because its not super big! My wife and I use it in the morning before work or in the evening to chill out after a long day. We actually monitor our blood pressure and its amazing to see the effect of a nice soak on this visible measure of our stress level! Sonoma Hot tubs offers knowledgable support and reasonably-priced chemicals, and they even offer a flexible service that we use where they send a guy out to check the balances and keep everything shipshape! Overall a great local business experience!

Incredible tub, we had one that to replace that was more than 20 years old and the improvements in the technology (like most things) is pretty incredible. I had a very specific space requirement as the previous tub was built into my deck. The guys at Sonoma HT worked with me to be sure it would fit properly and startup was easy using the video’s they had prepared. I am extremely happy with both the tub and the service I received from the team.

Super happy with our new Triad! Perfect size for my wife and I and the number of jets and ability to throttle the flow individually and hit the rights spots are great features. Thomas and his crew were amazing through the whole process. Installation was a breeze. We use our tub 3-5 times a week and can not imagine a relaxing life with out it. We have referred several friends to Sonoma Hot Tubs and will continue to do so. It’s worth it!

Wow, I love my Triad spa!! It is the perfect size— and with two pumps and two filters for a smaller spa, it’s powerful enough to feel like I’ve just had a massage after using it. I use it four or five evenings a week. It’s easy to use and maintain, and Thomas, Brandon and crew have been really great responding to questions or service. I highly recommend both Sonoma Hot Tubs and the Triad spa!

The jets on this tub are amazing – I can see now why it’s called hydrotherapy. My husband and I are in it almost every night, so it sees heavy use. Love the design and seating options. Size is perfect for us (he’s 6’2″, I’m 5’10”). Using the mineral salts is a game changer – a little more expensive, but worth it. Still need to shock periodically because of our high use, but that’s a simple tablespoon per person. Thomas and crew give excellent customer service – great advice, helped get the cover lifter installed (very happy with that, btw – our old tub didn’t have one). 100% happy with the purchase.
