It’s been nearly 4 years since we purchased our Dimension Spa. We LOVE it and continue to use it 5+ times per week. It is so quiet we barely notice that it is running. Gratefully the impact on our electric bill was minimal. The spa requires minimal effort and minimal chemicals to maintain yet the water stays crystal clear! Customer service has been excellent and are quick to ship any product we need (we have them ship to us as we don’t live in Sonoma). We appreciate the helpful and friendly customer service we receive every time we call! Without hesitation we would make this purchase again!!!
