BEFORE YOU COME:
- Measure the area you want to put the new hot tub.
- Measure your access area. Tubs are delivered on their sides. We need 30”-40” of clearance to get your tub where you want it.
- Bring everyone involved who is going to decide on colors, model, and options.
- Take pictures to show us what your area looks like.
- Take picture of your main electrical panel, open.
- If you have a tub worth trading in, take pictures of the outside cabinet and interior finish.
We will discuss all of your options: delivery access, pads choices – decks, concrete and gravel, electrical 110V vs 220V, water service, repairs, warranties and support. WE cover it all and can provide all of these services to you from professionals who have been doing high quality work for decades or you may choose to use your own electricians/contractors and we can work directly with them to make sure your shopping experience is the best it can be.
