We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Sonoma Hot Tubs and Pool Supplies does not sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. There is no plan to sell your information. We do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information. You have the right, as of January 1, 2023, to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties for the purposes of targeted behavioral advertising, which you can do by sending us an email to info@sonomahottubs.com. It is possible, Sonoma Hot Tubs and Pool Supplies may collect some categories of personal information when you interact digitally or otherwise, including identifiers, device activity information, geolocation data, and professional information.

Third-Party Platforms: If you are using or linked to a third-party platform like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Google, we may receive information about you from such third-party platform. If you post content to a third-party platform through a connection with us, that third-party platform will also receive that content and will be visible. As a resident of California, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you and have access that information. You also have the right to request deletion or correction of your personal information. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes to which the right to limit use and disclosure applies under the CCPA and CPRA.
Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making. You have the right to opt out of automated decision-making, including profiling, that we use to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to your performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
